This release includes SAML configuration user-interface for super-user/admins and some major UI/UX improvements.
For enterprise Backtrace clients, a super-user/admin can now configure your SAML configuration. Until now, we needed to consult with backtrace support, but now you’ll have direct access to this configuration.
- Triage list view updates
- Detail view attributes graph updates
- Switching to using an async update for triage ticket assignments (NOTE: If you deploy on-premises, you will need to update to the latest Workflow to take advantage of this system)
